You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
